I like that it is open 24 hrs. However at 0630 aisles should not be blocked so a customer can't get down them. Also there should be a cashier and bagger on standby for shoppers with full carts especially the week of Thanksgiving. Self checkout with a careful of groceries before the holiday is no fun. Other than that it is a good store. Bigger varieties can be found at the Smiths Marketplace stores.
Staff is always friendly. Things are easy to find. I feel the prices are comparable to other stores and at time the prices are better. Easy in and out for a quick trip.
Absolutely love going to Smith's. They may not have someone posted at the door to greet me but they sure don't need it. I'm always being greeted by EVERY EMPLOYEE, I am asked if I need assistance or help finding something. This includes the younger employees who you would think would sometimes forget that there are those, like myself, who are so much older, slower and not at all strong anymore, but they don't. The store is always clean and the wonderful smells that greet you from the fresh produce and bakery just makes your mouth water and your tummy grumble. I like that they have free healthy produce for the young children as snacks rather than candy and with great prices, wonderful digital coupons, rewards, fuel points and expansions in some stores.... why would you need to go anywhere else.
Their butcher shop is wonderful. Any special requests, they try very hard to accommodate. Their seafood is out of this world.
Everything I've needed has always been here. Everything is stocked and I know where to find what I need. And people are very kind and compassionate about if you need something. Smith's is awesome!
