RC Willey is always so great to us! Our dishwasher went out. I went over, was showed some, and then our awesome sales associate Mikal, told me about a dishwasher in the clearance section. It was exactly what we wanted and at a great price! We will always be customers!!

Your sales associate Jared Willis recently showed a lot of initiative in helping us resolve a problem. We bought a beautiful bedroom set, but when it was delivered to our home, the mirror for the dresser was missing. (The mirror had been included in a printed ad and your online ad a few days earlier. But this was a clearance item, and apparently the mirror was no longer available on the date we made our purchase.) I called Jared and expressed our disappointment, and he promptly tracked down what may have been the last remaining mirror for this set at a different R. C. Willey store. Since the mirror was slightly damaged--a small defect that's hardly noticeable--it cost us only $30. Thanks for your help, Jared!

Just waited 60 minutes for them to exchange a mini tower fan. The one I bought and picked up was broken so I came back to return the broken one and get one that worked. It only weighs like 5 lb it's those tiny ones that just go on your desk. I don't understand why this process was so difficult.

When it comes to furnishing a home RC Willey in Syracuse is the place to go. We worked with Jeff in appliances and Jamie in furniture. They both took a personal interest in making sure we purchased the best product at the best price. It was a pleasure working with them and will be returning soon.

We had a great experience when we went to shop for a washer and dryer. Ours had flooded our basement and we were in serious need of new ones. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and very attentive to our questions and needs. I didn't feel that he was pushy at all. He gave us time to think and decide on what we wanted. We also feel that we got a great deal on the price. We will keep shopping at RC Willey in the future because of our positive experience.

The next day I had received an email letting me know they were looking into the issue and would be reaching out to me. The following day after that I got a phone call from a very apologetic representative. They explained they mainly expressed that an unexpected employee issue caused a snowball chain of events and that they wanted to make it right. They refunded me the 7 dollar purchase price of the fan and mailed me a $25 gift card to RC Willey for my troubles. I felt validated in being able to voice the full story and explain why I was frustrated. I explained how initially I was patient and waited when they told me they were having a hard time locating a replacement fan. I even rolled with it when they told me it was going to have to be another color. I got annoyed when they called someone else telling them I wanted to trade mine in because I was looking for another color - which wasn't true. I ordered the black one, I wanted the black one - I was told they had no black ones, so I was simply okay with going with another color. I was returning it because the motor was broken and it wouldn't blow - the whole purpose of the fan. I finally browsed the store after being told it was still going to be a longer wait, just to return and to find out that they hadn't completed my request because they ended up not having the alternate color they had offered me but actually did have black - the color I had ordered and wasn't sure if they should proceed. I was baffled, because I had expressed that multiple times already, that I wanted black, but would accept any color - just wanted one that worked. So I had to wait some more while they completed the paperwork. Then once it was all said and done, they put my paper under a pile of others for the moving crew personnel to gather. Which would mean I would be waiting for them to be moving couches, fridges, who knows what else....? So I didn't understand. I had been here since before any of these people. So I asked why they can't just grab it quick it weighs less than 5 lbs... no moving personnel needed. Instead of helping me I was told I had to wait while they helped the couple that just walked in behind me. Despite that I had been there 50 minutes. So I waited some more... at this point just thought about leaving and cutting my losses. I honestly thought they wouldn't be able to facilitate this, what was supposed to be a simple transaction. Finally once she was done helping the couple that had walked in, she put their paper in the pile under mine and then went into the back room and grabbed my fan. 60 minutes. So I do appreciate the gesture and the time they took listening to my concerns, so I updated my review from a 1 to a 3. This was by far the most frustrating return process I have ever undergone.
