I'm writing about the detail section of this business. I used it once for my Honda civic and it was excellent; done on time and for the price quotes. I didn't have the wax but had them clean it in and out. I was very impressed since the car had sat unused for air 18 months.
Update 2: manager took really good care of me to make sure I got what I paid for. I will go back for the convenience, and when they actually do the job right, its damn good work.
Used to be good. Now the staff who dry your car are a bit on the rude side. They seem more concerned with their cigarette break than taking care of the customers. The "blow dryer" is really below par now, so bring a towel or deal with the staff and have them hand dry your car. And way too crowded for the size of the car wash.
Today was another story entirely. I dropped off my Subaru outback just before nine in the morning. I was told it would cost 140-150 and take 4-6 hours. I just picked it up, they called at five, that eight hours. Why? No one knew. Then at the walk around I pointed out several missed areas but the two employees were good about addressing my concerns. It may didn't make sense that they had my car for eight hours but it looked like a one hour job. Then it cane time to pay... $150 and it's their policy to collect $20 deposit. So in total, they wanted $170. What?!?!? It was a misunderstanding, the employee was told $150. He made a call and cleared it up. Overall, the two guys I dealt with were great. The guys who did the work? Not so much. And eight hours of ridiculous.
First review was 3 stars, but amending to one. Got the ultimate wash today and they couldn't be bothered to wash the passenger side w/o Dow/dash. Left us with a streaky windshield. Avoid this carwash.
Free vacuums to use BEFORE the wash. $1 cheaper than the competitor's and just as good or better.
Had a mini van detailed.... when they got done, it was like a brand new vehicle! And they were all very friendly! I also have a monthly pass here and it is fantastic!
